Walkers are the category leaders in crisps and snacks. DisplayPlan are constantly evolving Walkers customer marketing solutions to maintain this position.
The purchasing of snack product in the convenience channel is
heavily driven by impulse decision making. Customer marketing
solutions are important to creating visibility in a very busy
retail environment.
Walkers latest implulse programme has focussed on increasing
product placement by delivering on customer needs. In
partnership with Grounded, DisplayPlan gained insight to the issues
in market, to delivering improvements to gaining market
penetration.
DisplayPlan's design services developed a category solution that
brings operational efficiencies for retailers on the shop floor.
Aiding filling of displays in store, stock rotation and
categorisation. Ultimately, bringing improved pack presentation for
the shopper. Engineering and procurement teams have been working to
develop commercial efficiencies along side improved brand
communication.
